Ingredients:
•75 Fresh lime juice• 5 Simple syrup one part sugar• one part water• 4 Mint leaves• 15 Absolut Boston Vodka• Club soda• Glass Highball |
In a shaker, muddle the mint leaves, simple syrup and lime juice. Add the vodka and fill with ice. Shake, and pour (unstrained) into a highball glass. Top with club soda.
