Coriolis is a collaborative brewing effort with our food friends at Rock’s Brewing Company in Sydney, Australia offered only once a year. This imperial wet hop IPA marries the unique nuances of southern hemisphere hops with the freshest American wet hops.  Its our way of celebrating the bounty of the most incredible hop growing region on the planet with you.

Australian summer hops, New Zealand Rakau, Wakau, and Motueka hops provide balanced citrus, mellow and light stone fruit notes. We also load up our hop back with almost 100 pounds of Sorachi Ace and Amarillo Wet Hops.

These hops are picked, shipped and used within hours thanks to our amazing relationship with the hop farmers up in Yakima Valley.
