In the spirit of early spring, we have made this a “green” Irish Red. Not green in the same sense as FD&C Green No. 3 food coloring, but green as in using 100% Certified Organic Barley.The result is a slightly roasted malt flavor and light hoppy bitterness that pairs well with some corned beef & cabbage or even a humble hamburger.
