How to Make it:

To start, add ice to your mixing glass or shaker tin. Then add 1 dash of bar bitters - 1 dash of orange bitter and 3 dashes of absinthe. I put mine in a mister to make sure I don’t use too much. Next we are going to add 1 oz of sweet vermouth and finally 2 oz of rye whiskey. Then you will stir for about 20 seconds to get the drink nice and cold. Strain it into a Martini glass and garnish with a lemon peel
