Required Contact Information, Billing Information, and Optional Information about Customers are referred to collectively as “Data About BUUZ Software Inc. Customers”, or in the case of Attendees, “Data About BUUZ Software Inc. Attendees”. As you navigate the Company’s websites, BUUZ Software Inc. may also collect information through the use of commonly-used information-gathering tools, such as cookies and web beacons (“Web Site Navigational Information”). Website Navigational Information includes standard information from your web browser (such as browser type and browser language), your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, and the actions you take on the Company’s Web sites (such as the Web pages viewed and the links clicked).

We collect personal data exclusively for the purpose of facilitating event and place suggestions within the app and website. The collected information is utilized solely to customize the shared or available information for enhanced user experience.

Cookies
BUUZ Software Inc. uses cookies to make interactions with the Company’s Web sites easy and meaningful. When you visit one of the Company’s Web sites, BUUZ Software Inc’s servers send a cookie to your computer. Standing alone, cookies do not personally identify you; they merely recognize your Web browser. Unless you choose to identify yourself to BUUZ Software Inc., either by responding to a promotional offer, opening an account, or filling out a Web form (such as a “Contact Me”), you remain anonymous to the Company. Targeting or Advertising Cookies
From time-to-time, BUUZ Software Inc. engages third parties to track and analyze usage and volume statistical information from individuals who visit the Company’s Web sites. BUUZ Software Inc. sometimes uses cookies delivered by third parties to track the performance of Company advertisements. For example, these cookies remember which browsers have visited the Company’s Web sites. The information provided to third parties does not include personal information, but this information may be re-associated with personal information after the Company receives it. BUUZ Software Inc. also contracts with third-party advertising networks that collect IP addresses and other information from Web beacons (see below) on the Company’s Web sites, from emails, and on third-party Web sites. Ad networks follow your online activities over time by collecting Web Site Navigational Information through automated means, including through the use of cookies. They use this information to provide advertisements about products and services tailored to your interests. You may see these advertisements on other Web sites. Web Beacons
BUUZ Software Inc. uses Web beacons alone or in conjunction with cookies to compile information about Customers and Visitors’ usage of the Company’s Web sites and interaction with emails from the Company. Web beacons are clear electronic images that can recognize certain types of information on your computer, such as cookies, when you viewed a particular Web site tied to the Web beacon, and a description of a Web site tied to the Web beacon. For example, BUUZ Software Inc. may place Web beacons in marketing emails that notify the Company when you click on a link in the email that directs you to one of the Company’s Web sites. BUUZ Software Inc. uses Web beacons to operate and improve the Company’s Web sites and email communications.
IP Addresses
When you visit BUUZ Software’s Web sites, the Company collects your Internet Protocol (“IP”) addresses to track and aggregate non-personal information. For example, BUUZ Software Inc. uses IP addresses to monitor the regions from which Customers and Visitors navigate the Company’s websites. BUUZ Software Inc. also collects IP addresses from Customers whey they log into the Services as part of the Company’s “Identity Confirmation” and “IP Range Restrictions” security features.
Do Not Track
Currently, various browsers – including Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Safari – offer a “do not track” or “DNT” option that relies on a technology known as a DNT header, which sends a signal to Web sites’ visited by the user about the user’s browser DNT preference setting. BUUZ Software Inc. does not currently commit to responding to browsers’ DNT signals with respect to the Company’s Web sites, in part, because no common industry standard for DNT has been adopted by industry groups, technology companies or regulators, including no consistent standard of interpreting user intent. BUUZ Software Inc. takes privacy and meaningful choice seriously and will make efforts to continue to monitor developments around DNT browser technology and the implementation of a standard.
3. Protecting Information CollectedAffiliates & Business Partners
The Company underscores that it does not share any personal data, such as names, emails, or phone numbers, with affiliates or business partners. The sharing of Data About BUUZ Software Inc. Customers with other companies, including affiliates of the BUUZ Software Inc. corporate group, is limited and conducted solely for operational purposes, such as customer relationship management.Additionally, in instances where BUUZ Software Inc. collaborates with other companies to offer joint products or services, the Company wants to make it clear that it does not share personal information with these partners unless you expressly opt for a jointly-offered product or service. Your Data About BUUZ Software Inc. Customers collected in connection with your purchase or expression of interest will not be shared with joint promotion partners unless you actively choose to participate. BUUZ Software Inc. emphasizes that your information remains private, and any sharing is contingent upon your explicit choice to engage in joint offerings.
Third Parties
This Privacy Statement outlines the information BUUZ Software Inc. gathers on the Company’s websites and emphasizes our commitment to never share your data with any third party. BUUZ Software Inc. does not authorize the collection of personal information by third parties through advertising technologies deployed on the Company’s websites, and we do not disclose personal information collected from the Company’s websites to any third parties, except as specified in this Privacy Statement. Section 4 of this Privacy Statement, Web Site Navigational Information, explicitly addresses the information we collect through cookies and web beacons, along with guidance on how you can manage cookies through your web browsers. Your data is of utmost importance to us, and we ensure it remains confidential.
Billing
BUUZ Software Inc. uses a third-party service provider to manage credit card processing. This service provider is not permitted to store, retain, or use Billing Information except for the sole purpose of credit card processing on the Company’s behalf.
Compelled Disclosure
Law
BUUZ Software Inc. reserves the right to use or disclose information provided if required by law or if the Company reasonably believes that use or disclosure is necessary to protect the Company’s rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process.
4. International transfer of information collected
The Company primarily stores Data About BUUZ Software Inc. Customers and Data About BUUZ Software Inc. Attendees in the United States. To facilitate BUUZ Software’s global operations, the Company may transfer and access such information from around the world, including from other countries in which the Company has operations. A list of the Company’s global offices is available here. This Privacy Statement shall apply even if BUUZ Software Inc. transfers Data About BUUZ Software Inc. Customers or Data About BUUZ Software Inc. Attendees to other countries.
5. Communications preferences
BUUZ Software Inc. offers Visitors, Customers, and Attendees who provide contact information a means to choose how the Company uses the information provided. You may send a request specifying your communications preferences to BUUZ Support. Customers cannot opt out of receiving transactional emails related to their account with BUUZ Software Inc. or the Services.
6. Correcting and updating your information
Customers may update or change their registration information by editing their account profile information. To update a user profile, please login to with your BUUZ username and password and click “My Account.” To update Billing Information or have your registration information deleted, please email BUUZ Support . To discontinue your account and to have information you maintained in the Services returned to you, please email BUUZ Support. Requests to access, change, or delete your information will be handled within 30 days.
7. Customer Data
BUUZ Software Inc. Customers may electronically submit data or information to the Services for hosting and processing purposes (“Customer Data”). BUUZ Software Inc. will not review, share, distribute, or reference any such Customer Data except as provided in the BUUZ Software Inc. Master Subscription Agreement, or as may be required by law. In accordance with the BUUZ Software Inc. Master Subscription Agreement, BUUZ Software Inc. may access Customer Data only for the purpose of providing the Services or preventing or addressing service or technical problems or as may be required by law.
8. Changes to this Privacy Statement
BUUZ Software Inc. reserves the right to change this Privacy Statement. BUUZ Software Inc. will provide notification of the material changes to this Privacy Statement through the Company’s Web sites at least thirty (30) business days prior to the change taking effect.
