Chila Orchata Rum Cream liqueur is Sazerac's take on the wildly popular rum cream liqueur based upon the Mexican sweetened, cinnamon-almond milk drink Horchata (note the apostrophe in the name suggest the "H" was elided). The liqueur is made from imported rum from the Virgin Islands and blended with what they call "real dairy cream" and natural ingredients. It's offered at a somewhat lighter proof and we suspect it can be poured straight from the bottle and quaffed. It is filed with the federal Tax and Trade Bureau as sourced at the Sazerac Bottling facility in Kentucky but also mentions Sazerac's other facilities (Buffalo Trace and Barton Brands).
