Tall Ship Distillery was founded by John Pantelakos, which was a dream come true for him. After two years of hard work and sheer determination, he opened the doors to the first distillery in Dover. Over the two years, John has put in countless of hours to create his distillery and hone the technique he uses to make his spirits.

John began researching liquor laws in 2012 and in 2013 the real work began to build Tall Ship up. They officially opened on August.28, 2014 where they serve their signature product White Island Rum where people from as far as Norway has come to try this delectable spirit. 

Tall Ship’s White Island Rum is made of pure cane sugar. premium molasses and their own blend of traditional flavors. The rum is handmade using an all copper, 250 gallon still of their own design and manufacture.
