How to Make it:
Add Lyre's Non-Alcoholic Amaretti, simple syrup, lemon juice and egg white into shaker (no ice). Shake 10-15 seconds. Add ice to the shaker and shake a second time for 5-8 seconds. Pour into a coupe glass and add 1-2 dashes bitters and use a stick to swirl the bitters on the foam.
