The Simon Distillery produces rum that is bottled at Clement (also in Martinique) for the the French product that is known around the world. Clement was founded in 1887 by Homere Clement as a sugar refinery that was in operation until 1988. Today, while the rum is distilled at Simon it is still bottled on the estate.
