Slane Castle Whiskey is blend of Irish Single Malt and Grain whiskeys matured for at least four years in first fill ex-bourbon American oak casks. It has a soft, subtle and delicately sweet flavour with a long malty finish.

NOSE
There’s an intense freshness about it with a good amount of brown sugar, honey, and baklava qualities coming through accompanied by some fruit and spice.

PALATE
Starts out with some of that Irish Whiskey spice we all know and love which is quickly followed up by some brown sugar, honey, light wood, fruit and a hint of caramel.

FINISH
Medium finish filled with honey, baklava and red berries (like a cross between a raspberry & a strawberry) that fades to a woody fruity caramel.
