Smirnoff Amaretto vodka was introduced in 2013.  Following Ciroc, it is the second amaretto flavored vodka to hit the market, and it is one of 37 flavors Smirnoff creates starting with their Recipe 21 vodka.  Made with premium grain it is triple distilled and filtered ten times before natural amaretto flavor is added. The aroma is almond and cherry with a hint of vodka.  The initial flavor is sweet almond.  Cherry soon joins the party.  Additional sips bring the flavors together before fading to a mild to medium mouth warming with just a hint of vodka flavor.  Smooth enough to drink chilled straight, yet packing enough flavor to stand out when mixed.
