Le Compte 5 Year Old Pays d'Auge Calvados. Coppery walnut color with medium legs. There's lots of baked apple fruit to the nose, along with cinnamon and nutmeg. Silky in texture and loaded with dry, baking apple fruit. There's a solid backbone and nice structure. This is very food, entry level Calvados.
