Meukow has been established in Cognac for over 150 years and has built a strong reputation as masters in distillation, ageing and blending of brandies. Presented in its remarkable black panther bottle, Meukow VS Cognac is both elegant and powerful.

It has clear deep amber colour; on the nose are notes of caramel, dried apricots, vanilla and allspice; on the palate it is medium bodied and warm, with flavours of orange peel, caramel, vanilla and honey.

"Deep amber copper color. Buttery praline, baked raisins and fruits, and delicate baking spice aromas. A round, silky entry leads to a dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body of nice warm fruit compote, dried flower, and sweet baking spice flavors. Finishes with a long, warming peppery spice and wet mineral fade. Nice weight and flavor that will hold up very well in cocktails."
