It is the first and only mezcal in the market that has this levels of alcohol, which is the highest alowed by the norm (NOM 070) It is distinguished by its smokey and wet flavours, soft but with the rich body, distinctive of a genuine handcrafted mezcal. IBÁ 55 is the only 55% in the market. Named Best in show at San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
