At Rebecca Creek, our pride and joy is our Fine Texas Spirit Whiskey. Every small batch is born in the Texas Hill country and blended with limestone filtered hill country water and 5-7 year old bourbon aged to perfection in charred oak barrels.

Our goal was to create the smoothest whiskey imaginable with Texas character as big and bold as the Lone Star state. In order to achieve this, we pay careful attention to the whiskey during the aging process to insure every drop is balanced with the right color, flavor and smoothness. We believe that Texas whiskey should be pure, and comprised only of the finest ingredients the state has to offer.
