Prichard's Single Malt whiskey is crafted in similar style to Irish whiskeys. It uses malted barley, distilled in batches from traditional pot stills, and then aged in smaller, 15-gallon barrels to promote contact with the wood.

Prichard's Single Malt Whiskey is made exclusively from malted barley, which is milled, mashed and fermented before being distilled through Prichard's copper-pot stills. Following distillation, the whisky is matured in new, charred American oak barrels (the barrels can hold 15 gallons of whiskey each) for approximately three years. Once the whiskey has matured, it is brought to proof and bottled by hand.

Prichard's Single Malt Whiskey has an aroma of oak, honey and allspice. Notes of vanilla and malt dominate the palate, and are complemented by a sweet caramel undertone. The finish is slightly spicy, with hints of cinnamon and allspice.
