Maison Roulle-Fransac was founded in 1838 and known principally for brandy. The line of liqueurs was first introduced in the first part of the new millenium.

The Bauchant Apple XO is deemed the only apple liqueur blended with cognac in the world. It presents a bright green with a strong aroma of apples blended with 7yr old cognac.

The 2006 San Francisco bronze is our best guess... their records are a bit spotty and aspecific regarding which particular Bauchant liqueur was judged.
