The Laird Family has been producing Laird's Applejack in Monmouth Country, New Jersey since 1698. The first physical records referring to the commercail distillation of sale of Applejack was entered in Robert Laird's account book of operations in 1780.

Laird's Applejack is a unique alcoholic beverage in at least two major aspects: It retains a hint of the delicate aroma and flavour of the tree ripened apple from which it is made. For this reason, Applejack imparts this delightful flavour and aroma to mixed drinks, punches and food recipes.

It is an extremely pure spirit beverage. By Federal Law, only whole apple may be used in its production. Throughout the entire process of production there are no additives, starters or yeast cultures employed.

Laird's Applejack has excellent mixability. It imparts a delightful flavour to the traditional cocktails such as the Manhattan, Old Fashioned, Sour and Daiquiri. It also mixes well with any mixer - club soda, 7 Up, fruit juices etc.
