#Aroma: Light agave notes, some vanilla and some herbal notes.
Initial Taste: Light vanilla and buttery agave.
Body: Medium bodied.  The wood and spice notes come forward a bit more and have a nice balance with the agave and light vanilla.  Nothing overpowering, but good overall flavor.
Finish: A short finish with some oak and pepper.  Nothing too powerful.  Easy to drink.
