Type : Tequila
ABV : 80
Producer : Proximo Spirits
Country : Mexico
Size : 750ml
Description :

Juan Dobel, working with Maestros Marco Anguiano and Luis Yerenas, wanted to create his own brand and offer Tequila Aficionados something truly unique. Each Agave used is grown for 8 to 10 years, and hand selected at one of a small number of our family's best quality producing ranches. This hand-crafted product is produced in small batches and aged in new oak casks from Southern Europe.

The agave selected for Maestro Dobel grows in the volcanic lowlands of the Jalisco region, producing a tequila with lighter herbal and citrus aromas. This hand-selected agave, combined with the tequila’s double distillation in post stills creates an exceptionally crisp tequila.

Taste Notes :
A blend of reposado, añejo and extra añejo Tequilas. Opening aroma is very ripe, oily and peppery; further aeration stimulates keenly acidic agave notes which allow an inherent saltiness to come through. Entry is off-dry and minerally (lead, slate); midpalate goes sweeter, more biscuity and vanilla-like than the drier entry. Finishes clean, smooth, creamy and savory.
